Our home watch services routine home visits and inspections help prevent costly problems such as water damage or mold growth. We also boost your home’s security by reducing signs of vacancy, discouraging potential break-ins or squatters. For added convenience, we offer mail forwarding services and can receive packages at our business address, delivering them directly to your home.

Internal Services
- Security System Ready – IDS, ACS, CCTV
- Alarm, noise, odor check
- Interior breaker panel check
- Doors and window status

- Home temperature settings and readings
- Refrigerator / Ice Maker Freezer Check
- Fridge / Freezer Filter Checks
- Operate garbage disposal
- All faucets run and toilets flushed
- Check for any signs of leaking, ceiling, toilets, under sink

- Water heater and recirculation pump checked (notate status and if any leaks)
- Electrical breaker panel(s) checked
- Garbage/sink disposal assessed
- Doors and windows locked, and status checked
- Ceilings, walls, and floors checked for abnormal conditions
External Services
- Oversee mail according to best practices and homeowner instructions
- Remove newspapers, flyers, and packages
- Inspect property for damage or signs of vandalism
- Check gates, garage doors, doors, and windows for security
- Assess landscaping for general appearance and potential issues
- Inspect perimeter walls and fences for damage
- Identify signs of pest control concerns
- Perform a visual inspection of the roof and gutters from ground level, drone deployment is optional
- Check for fallen trees or branches
- Inspect pools or spas (if applicable):
- Evaluate cleanliness, water level, and overall appearance
- Check pumps and filters for leaks or unusual noises
- Examine skimmers for debris and ensure proper water flow
- Inspect additional structures and outdoor areas, including porches, lanais, outdoor kitchens, patios, and screening, for any issues
- Points of entry check – Check all doors, including garage doors
- Pest infestation or animal intrusion

- Pool / Spa equipment leaks (Not CPO Services)
- Exterior occupancy lighting
